That to at least some degree. Electricity is generally there now. It could be worse down the line.
EV sales are increasing, according to articles I've read, but I don't think that there's a really practical way to replace substantial portions of the existing vehicle fleet in a short period of time. Also, the public charging infrastructure is extremely limited, so it's going to be hard to charge an EV unless someone owns a single-family home and charges there.

I could believe maybe electric scooters in urban areas, though that'd be less viable in winter. Someone earlier commented and stated that bicycle prices were up, which seems plausible, though I haven't seen news sources confirming that.
