I was walking home from a friend's house in high school and coming to a hill that had a blind turn. It was probably like three in the morning. Out of nowhere , this beetle comes flying around the corner and itself around the telephone pole on the hill. The driver gets out just sort of stands next to their car , and sixteen year old me is speechless. I'm waiting for the cops to show up.And this lady is just swerving there gushing from her head as other drunkards from a bar up the road , just sort of start collecting around the mess.

It was something. I think drunk driving might have saved that woman's life.
