I think it's not enough to just vote blue, make sure you're going out and primarying the ones sitting on their asses cashing lobbyist checks. Not everyone has the time to go and canvas, but signing ballot petitions and voting, even early or mail in, are in most people's grasp.
Even if you don't kick them out of office, showing up with a strong challenger scares them into acting right and encourages more people to try and try harder.
Only smart choice. Anything else is basically saying you love pedophiles.
Yeah..same boat here. Doubt it very much, especially since both parties are capitalist parties so we know nothing of real substance will happen even if/when Democrats come into power again.
I've seen it somewhere else on here that Democrats are just the stewards of capitalism while Republicans push it further. I think that puts our situation into perspective perfectly. We need real change.
