When I was younger, I believed this. But defending innocent people from invading forces is an honorable thing.
Yep, that's the problem with violence: it works.
And pacifism can only really exist, when you are capable of defending yourself, otherwise you are just at the mercy of your enemies.
It's very unfortunate that the majority of the world's militaries do exactly the opposite of this.
