Finland's entire public sector will be operating on an Artificial Intelligence (AI) basis by 2031, according to Juha Majanen, Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Finance.

"AI will essentially replace humans," Majanen confirmed.

[You can downvote the messenger but doesn't make the plans less likely to go through - this is what the highest officials and agencies are pushing for and it is already happening e.g. at Vero and at Kela where "Salesforce for Public Sector" (now called "Agentforce Public Sector"!) will provide the software which is defined so that human users can be replaced by AI "users": "Public Sector Solutions is a secure platform to rapidly deploy mission-specific AI agents and apps that help public sector teams do more with limited resources." https://www.salesforce.com/government/solutions/]
