Obvious jokes aside, hadn’t the pitch from republicans always been that they are (allegedly) outsiders who want to shake things up?

I don’t give Obama a pass because of his terror Tuesday drone strikes and Libya. But he definitely held the course, unlike every Republican. Ditto Biden.
