I doubt it was the peroxide.. It decomposes pretty quickly. More likely the algae making the duck sick.
This is correct, algal blooms can be pretty dangerous.
Likely ate a bit of the paint thats peeling.
Especially in direct sunlight. Surprised they went with peroxide to begin with considering the volume of the pool. Strange choice
Is it chlorinated? Peroxide would break down the chloramine
Ducks eat algae. It was probably the paint.
