I'm.confused. please help me understand. You say they can just alter stuff to win I'm sure a law firm with enough money can add still make a case and I have some ideas on how that would work.

I thought this is what Discovery is for. But IANAL

However, I might be willing to give you a small interest free loan to get as much evidence, tampered or not from them. If you win millions I would really like a modest apartment each for me and my brother. Send me a DM if interested. I don't have much but I would love to contribute to anything that may help you and everyone else have at least waste Amazon's time in court, and also just for the record show that people have to continually fight for their rights if they work for Amazon. The more cases against them, win or fail, the more there is on the record, and evidence already used in a court available for everyone else to utilize. And it's only a matter of time before they get caught manipulating evidence, if you don't win now, you may be able to reopen the case in 20 years when new practices to detect altered documents exists.

This is long term planning, and if it's only a cost that is keeping you from dragging them to court for your rights then I would love to help pull these fuckers down. I don't care if it's a rediculously small chance to do real consequences to Amazon now or in 20 years. That's how you fight immortal Jotun, over time or just get lucky

Well, it wasn't just cost at the time. Long story short, around the same time, I thought that I might have to become a criminal to supply my sister with HRT since I knew that Project 2025 wanted to ban all trans affirming care. So I decided to not fight it for my sister's sake. Looking back, I think I vastly overestimated how fast they could do that though. Anyway, I would be shocked if any evidence is left though considering it was over a year ago, they might have scrubbed all the security footage and records by now
