I have a Timemore C3S for hand grinding, and a Baratza Encore ESP for general use. I’d recommend either. Very happy with the Baratza in particular.
I make batches around 23-25g of coffee ground, so either works. The Baratza chute is overkill so I’ve considered getting the single serve hopper.
Either way if you go with the Baratza, pick up a cheap bellows for the hopper. It will ensure less need for cleaning, less static cling, and getting all your coffee out.
I ended up getting the Timemore S3 and am quite happy with it. It feels great in the hand and the results are way better than my crappy blade grinder I was using before.
