If rights are shared with non-trans, they aren't trans rights, they're just human rights
But if you decide trans people don’t qualify as human, their rights don’t matter anymore. If that becomes acceptable, all anyone has to do to deny you of your own human rights is to decide you are some lesser life form without legal protections.

Nobody is claiming trans ppl aren't human. Why did your brain even go there? You're being hysterical.
