Why on earth would you ever want wild salmon? That shit is infested with parasites

Parasites that are killed when you prepare the fish correctly and thus are harmless. The alternative is to eat farmed salmon that is full of medicine and antibiotics to contain the parasites. You have to pick your poison. Or you could of course choose to not eat salmon instead.
