I doubt they'll actually manufacture anything here. We don't have the tech or knowledge base for that high-tech kind of work. Nor the 12 year olds to actually do the menial labor.

Samsung currently has manufacturing down by Austin and they've been caught several times draining manufacture sludge into the watershed
