Wanted to say hello 🖐 and ask if anyone else has experience this.

I started estrogen very recently, and I've noticed that I am more tired than usual, and a little dizzy?? (Could be unrelated ofc). Wondering if anyone has also experienced this?

I did some basic online research, and it does seem to be a thing. I will of course mention this to my doctor if it keeps ongoing.

Literally week 2 on E and Spiro and im tired AF, cranky and bitchy, nauseous sometimes, and more emotional. But even with spiro i dont get dizzyness, thankfully.

With stuff like this its always a good idea to talk to your DR, if you have a good one, and assuming youre not a DIYer. If you are DIY, then getting some way to check your blood pressure and heart rhythm would be good, blood pressure cuffs and a stethoscope are decently cheapish online.

Make sure youre drinking lots of water and eating well, our bodies need more fuel for the work theyre doing. Hell ive felt like ive been over eating lately but im still slowly losing weight.

Last bit, maybe consider making a journal of your journey and any side effects like this. I do this, and it seriously helps keep track of it all, especially when hormones start taking over more and more

Best of luck to you ❤️❤️
