The 5800X3D returns at $349, while the 7700X3D debuts at $329.

AM4 refuses to die

Tried to get anything better than a B550 mobo recently ? Welcome to PCIe3 MFs (and one PCIe4 and 4 sata, bifurcation, hah). Yes it can be worked around, but it's dying. At least some 5800X3Ds are coming down the pipe for a hot moment.
