Last I saw was a starling, which was odd because I was in Melbourne at the time.
It was intentionally introduced there in the 1800s by people who wanted it to do pest control
Any ideas how it worked out?

It eats pests, but it also eats a bunch of other things. Like pretty much every single time humans have done this, it had unintended and negative consequences
