In an interview the founder of Scamazon is trying to move the discussion around wealth taxes away from himself and his Epstein class. He's only got one thing right of the "Tax Wealth, Not Work" movement namely, don't tax work. Wealth still has to tax wealth, otherwise it won't solve anything.

There's this tale of two economies. You have a bunch of people in this country who are doing really well, but you also have a bunch of people in this country who are struggling, struggling to pay rent, groceries.

Yep, with ya so far.

Politicians are using age old techniques of picking a villain and pointing fingers. But the problem is that doesn't solve anything.

No fuck that. The reason that it doesn't solve anything is that for every one politician who has the balls to speak against wealth inequality, Bezos and other billionaires have bought and paid for another 50 to ensure that inequality continues.
