Ive only ever come across this screen accidentally, cant seem to find what it is online. any ideas?

Have you considered reading the manual? It likely explains any and all functionality in great detail.

I mean obviously thats the answer. but some people, myself included, like to search online discussions first, maybe this thread could appear for others looking for the same answers as me
