Though I very much agree with sentiment, Sadly money.
I think this concept is a good one to help ppl find what they need to find in their lives.
It's a good idea but I think many professions are killing the love people have for it. For example, I liked tech until it become full of meetings, scrum, bad managers, stress, reorgs, and so on.
Scrum made my workplace better. It is run by peers, not management though.
Amen. Not many ppl are so fortunate to find stable place or even the mobility to go find it but if you do it's great.
