Theyre not saying someone is better. Theyre a complete feckless idiot suggesting violence or some other moronic avenue which they of course won't be doing but instead asking someone else to do it.

Let's be honest. They're a troll spreading apathy. They aren't promoting any alternative, just doing nothing. Either they're a troll, trying to help the opponents, or they have been mislead by one of these trolls that has convinced them being the equivalent of empty air is the best thing they can do.
