Since sdf went down I realized how important was for me to backup my data (especially my saved content) the problem is I haven't done it.

I only have saved stuff from a year or more ago now and I can't sort my home posts to top three months (no content shows). Is there anything to be done or is it lost forever? If there is hope is there a way to backup everything without doing it manually post by post?
