And then posted about it on social media and then just sort of did nothing and carried on.
I just wish I saw this path to action like every European and Canadian does. Like, if you speak out or burn shit it's just jail and no job. How does that help anyone? Like, what is a plan y'all think would work? I just don't get it.
That’s the frustrating part. I keep seeing videos taking about how we can resist, but they never really have a solution. It always comes back to no violence, but general strike maybe?
Ok, so I’ve been general striking. I refuse to be violent. So what now? It’s still shit.
I call my useless reps, I write emails, I help where I can (admittedly little, but it’s all I’ve got). It’s still shit.
I spent the last 20+ years trying to help politically dense individuals understand the how and why. It didn’t move the needle.
I’m so tired.
Posters stop existing when I navigate to another page. We all know this. Its why I feel such an obligation to linger on this page.
