Their users are enterprise IT.
They only care about consumers enough to keep them famiar with Windows.
Their customers are often enterprise IT but their users are by and large not.
Today's hobbyest, gamers and tech enthusiasts are tomorrows Enterprise decision makers.
Remember that is how windows took over in the first place.
