Being looking around for a while, no outlet seems to have any screenshot or transcript of it. Starting to think it’s just something Twitter randos hallucinated and a couple outlets fell for it, sadly.
Seems like people trolling indeed. Tried to find confirmation everywhere but couldn't find anything. In fact the latest confirmed news on this subject is The Verge (May 1st) - trump phone receives PTCRB certification
It's literally the 4th entry on Google from someone called Zeke Sky.
