Is trump a monster? YES!
But Europe is weak. Look at the rise of the AFD in Germany. Look at how they can't ween themselves off Russian oil and gas. Look at how they couldn't deal with Orban. Look at how they let their defense budgets slide. Look how they refuse to deal with their refugee crisis.
Putin and trump can do what they have done because Europe is weak. That may sting, and I will be voted down to the cellar, but it is still true.
Germany made a huge mistake in shutting down their nuclear power system, all to assuage the fears of irrational soap-dodgers who have now committed themselves to greater pollution and insecurity
