A pair has built a nest in the patio cover above the door. We think he might be seeing his reflection on the glass and defending the nest from the "other" bird. He does it for like 15 minutes at a time, off and on for a number of hours.

He's about as relentless as those guys, that's for sure. I'm laying in bed waiting this, listening to his tap tap tapping.
