I think the problem is that people are just dreamy jerks who ignore reality, because it's more pleasant and easier.
Although I am no better, I confess that I also decided to believe in lies, and now I have to pay for my naivety and stupidity.
Idiots listening to CEOs telling them the great things AI can do, like buying AI stock will make you money and AI will be your chat bestie never telling you anything you don’t want to hear. But the leopards are waiting to eat their faces.
Subscriptions for AI access, AI inserted into everything, wrong answers, humans being laid off, water resources being consumed rapidly, higher energy prices… and people will be unhappy, forced to pay their AI access fee to ask AI why things suck. And AI will lie.
This is the funniest thing.
