I've heard Alberta does. (Apologies if you're Albertan.) (I've heard great things about the Vancouver area, in BC. Would love to visit someday. Just nothing south of the US/Canada border on that continent.

No Albertan. Great place, loved Calgary, but those separatists are welcome to move to Montana IMO.
