What even are the conditions for victory?

[–] zd9@lemmy.world 3 points 1 hour ago

Permanent distraction from the fact that Trump trafficked and raped dozens of young girls with Jeffrey Epstein. That's the entire goal.

Israel forced Trump into this war because they have that proof of him raping children hanging over his head. Israel is just your standard genocidal imperialistic religious fanatical fascist regime that views any Muslims as "animals" or "subhumans" (their own words).

[–] NatakuNox@lemmy.world 13 points 17 hours ago (1 children)

Death to all brown people... Oh you mean in war? No body knows.

[–] Flower@sh.itjust.works 5 points 12 hours ago* (last edited 11 hours ago)

The goal of the war? Establishing Greater Israel. Netanyahu is really keen on the neighbor's land. Trump is just there as the muscle, barely know what's going on and just acts tough to protect his reputation with his flunkies.

Disruption of their nuclear weapons program

[–] Lucidlethargy@sh.itjust.works 2 points 3 hours ago (1 children)

Trump has single-handedly encouraged them to develop this program by destroying the Iran nuclear deal in his first term.

This is ALL his fucking fault.

[–] couldhavebeenyou@lemmy.zip 0 points 2 hours ago

That's like saying Obama encouraged them by bringing it up as well

[–] NatakuNox@lemmy.world 12 points 16 hours ago (3 children)

If that was the case we would have kept the Obama deal

[–] couldhavebeenyou@lemmy.zip -1 points 6 hours ago (1 children)

Multiple problems with that deal as well, sadly enough

[–] NatakuNox@lemmy.world 2 points 5 hours ago (1 children)

Ya because that's how deals work... The fact that one took years and thousands of experts from all over the world to broker is testimony to how dumb this notion that Iran doesn't have the right get something back in negotiations is laughable. Also inserting that they don't have the right to self determination via self defense is also insulting to everyone involved.

[–] couldhavebeenyou@lemmy.zip 0 points 3 hours ago (3 children)

It's insulting not to want a bunch of murdering religious nutjobs to have nukes?

Maybe they should free their people before I'll entertain the thought that they have 'the right' to such horrible weapons

[–] NatakuNox@lemmy.world 2 points 1 hour ago

Also wanted to add the Obama deal prevented them from getting nukes. You know how I know that? I read the fucking reports from the international inspectors. Iran passed every search and were complying with the deal. Trump threw it out and started bombing again. Not Iran. Where are you getting your news?! Seriously. You are either willfully ignorant or a troll.

[–] NatakuNox@lemmy.world 2 points 1 hour ago

We're the religious nut jobs dude. (and Isreal) Free their people? Who has more imprisoned citizens? Iran or America? Do you have any idea how Iran's nut jobs can to power? We are making the same fucking mistakes we did 100 years ago. Also, only one nation has used nukes in violence. Acting as if we have the moral high ground here is alarming.

[–] zd9@lemmy.world 3 points 1 hour ago

So, who should have nukes? Just America and their allies? Every country has seen that as soon as they lose nuclear capability they crumble from imperialism, so why would they give up their weapons?

Ideally Iran or NK or Russia (or America) wouldn't have nuclear weapons, but that's not reality.

[–] osanna@lemmy.vg 4 points 15 hours ago

Yeah but that was a brown person’s deal and we can’t have that.

[–] wonderingwanderer@sopuli.xyz 3 points 15 hours ago

Maybe the reason he canceled that deal was so that he had an excuse to manufacture pretense later.

I don't think he has that much foresight, but maybe the people pulling his strings do...

[–] Almacca@aussie.zone 6 points 16 hours ago (2 children)

I'm more concerned about the USA's nuclear weapons at this point. Why can they have them, but Iran can't?

[–] couldhavebeenyou@lemmy.zip 2 points 6 hours ago

As few as possible imo

TREASON!

Great. I've got my Costco pitchfork.

Erm... shouldn't we be rioting or something. Frankly, I'm a bit of a virgin at all this.
