I like cooking, but what really pleases me the most from everything i do is making my baguettes, when they are hot right after i take them out of the oven whatever sandwich i make with them i seems like the best meal ever

Nothing difficult, you just mix half a kilo of flour a little bit of yeast, salt then pour some water which is not cold and then you leave the dough to rest and grow for about three to four hours, depends on the temperature, after that you make the dough into baguettes shapes, let it rest for fifteen minutes and then you put it in the oven for 30 to 40 minutes in 200 C, its better to put some water somewhere inside the oven because the steam makes them more crispy

Eh, I think you're oversimplifying a bit there. I've made baguettes before with mixed success. It's more than just eyeballing ingredients and guessing on time. There are ways to fold the dough to improve the texture and other techniques to improve the outcome. It's definitely worth doing, though.

So i have to get into those details also?

I'd probably recommend starting with an actual recipe. Here's one that looks decent.

Please dont be a smart ass here, i made baguettes numerous times in exactly the way i described and they were always perfect, its not something difficult, if you cant get it right its your problem
