This second assassination theatre production is why we need to release the trump/epstein Files! He was reading a prepared statement very soon thereafter. It had to have been pre-written.
i believe its the 3rd, the first one is what got him election support, the 2nd one is shortly after he elected i dont think it made much news.

palpatine is actually smart and powerful, and it was suppose to represent mitch mcconnell. because mitch was the mastermind in the senate during his first term and after, into stalling until he got re-elected again.
It's quite likely Trump (possibly other presidents) has a pre-written statement when someone tries to shoot him (because it will keep happening)
