Okay if I try this on my wife she'd think I made it up. I like it. You may have started a thing. "Shit the up fuck!" is how i am going to expand it.

I’ve already been saying it to my employees at work the last couple days and it gets confused looks and laughs every time and I heard one of my guys say it to another guy yesterday.
