If the Celtics win or the Knicks lose tonight, the Celtics still secure the 2nd seed and can sit the playoff rotation against the Magic on Sunday.
If the Celtics drop both games and Knicks win both of their remaining, the Knicks will get the 2nd seed and push the Celtics to 3rd.
Celtics aren't losing to Pelicans. They just need to win this and they got 2nd seed.
