Dont forget, Trump dismantled Obamas negotiations during Trumps first term because.......Obama did it. Everything leading to this point has been Trumps fault

I'll say it again. We had a deal that Trump pulled us out of. It's almost as bad as killing off a vulnerable part of the population to save a couple bucks on a pandemic response team.
