Does that also open things up so property owners can sue the city for not providing a meaningful amount of dignified housing units to address the city’s housing issue?

And just how would the city provide housing units? Do you think that would solve the problem. Have you looked at what happens most of the time when homeless people occupy something? Would you offer your place up?
