Looks good. Which vegs and meats did you use? (Besides the beets)

No meat, beets, carrots, red cabbage, beef broth. I don't remember if it had onions. I made it a year ago and froze it under vacuum in plastic bags.

It's nice how different it turns out depending on the origin and personal tastes: I typically add leeks and dried mushrooms to mine, but no cabbage. Mine is typically consommé-like though (Polish style), yours is clearly more like a complete soup (Ukrainian style).

I made it a year ago and froze it under vacuum in plastic bags.

I do the same here! This sort of recipe is great to bulk prepare and freeze. (As long as you don't add potatoes.)
