I've just received some upsetting news from a family member. I'm feeling big feelings. Can anyone recommend me some music to have on while I'm sitting with these?

The Ballað of The Broken Birdie Records by múm is my personal pick. It's pretty dark but extremely soft which makes for a very cathartic experience in my opinion.
