I would imagine having a less than honest friend with bolt cutters would suffice with at least bringing your hand usage back, then from there you can try to find something else later on.
A good set of bolt cutters could definitely go through the bracelet part, too.
Bolt cutters are a lot harder to use than people think. But I think the bracelet part might be reasonably doable.
Note to self: figure out which of my friends have bolt cutters
I have various different sizes of bolt cutters. I also have an angle grinder.
Angle grinder is great to have.
