Iran has been significantly complicit in the Russian invasion of Ukraine. Ukraine has every right to use the situation against Iran.

Ukraine is complicit in west sanction regime against iran pre russian invasion to starve iranians . Ukraine also participated in the iran war I guess with your logic iraq armed group can strike ukraine. If you can negociate with russia the invader you can do pesce talk with Iran
