A hospital patient who managed to talk a man out of detonating a bomb in a maternity wing said the would-be attacker “asked for a cuddle” before standing down.

I think we need to not worry about how effective it might be but just implement it and see. Its to important. Also we can fund it with money taken from the military budget. We need to literally make love and not war.
