I grew up with a strict 15 minutes daily of "all the windows open no matter what the temperature".

Does wonders, and 15 minutes is nothing for the thermal inertia of the house.

It's reinvigorating, too.

As a kid I lived in central Spain. Hot AF in the summer, fairly cold in the Winter.
