I'm assuming this means they have common ancestors with the famous Medici, but it goes back even more generations so they're not descendants of those people
I mean technically we all are related if you go far back enough. Probably you and I are related if you go back 10, maybe 20 generations, but you're not a descendant of my grandparents (I assume - would be weird to find out otherwise)
That website seems to be very insistent that any evidence that they don't control is fraudulent
honestly speaking did not put much effort into this research. I was intrigued and checked a couple of websites which all seemed to claim they are long dead and gone and posted one of them here.
same here. that was what my skim said. I just got a "hey, our history book says there's none left YOUR DNA IS LYING SHUT UP" vibe from it
