I don't have any experience with Google Fiber, but I was bummed when Google Domains got sold off, I forgot to whom. Google Domains was so simple. No nonsense.

I've been using NameCheap since well before 2009, but since 2009, it'll take me a lot to switch away after they helped protect me from Glenn Beck. heh.

They are pretty free from bullshit and pretty straightforward.
