While back the doc said US Insurers increased the age for testing, so my insurance likely wouldn't cover the cost for a test. So he didn't do one.

Didn't even ask if I wanted or could front the cost myself.

That was at 42 IIRC.

If I die as a result of that choice, I'm taking him and others with me.
