This outfit looks functional but i would argue that in fact it isn't, it doesn't really serve a purpose other than look cool which means that once it stop being cool it ends up in a trash can.

this outfit is clearly designed after tactical/waterproof gear, i believe you wouldn't want to actually use it for that purpose
