On the good side LNG tankers don't do much damage to the environment when compared to oil tankers, also they cost a lot more - like 3-4 more than oil ones, on the bad side there is no bad side.

Let's just hope the crew gets persecuted accordingly. Personally seeing as they used covert means to avoid detection within EU waters. A spy charge and illegal trading should fit.
