No one tells me more how much they dislike Hilary than liberal women. She was a terrible candidate. She's unlikeable. Women (including my mom) hate how she stood by her cheating husband so she could grasp at power. How she rode his coattails to the senate, the only elected office she ever held. Then she was appointed to Secretary of State where she started a bunch of civil wars in the Middle East to burnish her "presidential bona fides." And then simply showed up at the general election in 2016 without a platform expecting to be coronated — because it was her turn.
You know who else didn't like her? Pollsters. They saw she would lose.
You know who else didn't like her, or at least her chances of winning? Democrats. Actual Democrats, not voters. They knew she would lose and ran her anyway so it would be up or out of the top spot for her, and everyone in the party would get promotions.
Her own autobiography of her loss documented over and over that any plank in her platform that might help regular people was discarded because it might slightly raise taxes on the rich. Until there was nothing left.
There's a reason her slogan was "I'm with her!" — what else was she campaigning for?
