How does the US getting bogged down in Iran while sending military aid to Ukraine prevent China from invading Taiwan? The US is ramping up its military presence everywhere, which means that it will be stretched too thin to aid Taiwan.

US has Israel to fight Iran, Ukraine to fight Russia and Taiwan to fight China, and South Korea to fight North Korea. US manufactures military supplies, how would they be bogged down?
