After the Sep. 26th(THU) Scheduled Update, we identified an issue where the "Back to Office Pack" could not be purchased on the Android platform.

Cause: The package in question was not activated as one of Google's In-app purchase products

Solution: Package activated Sep. 26th(THU), 13:30(KST)

It may take some time for the above fix to be applied to the store. If you still cannot purchase the package after the above-mentioned time, please try again 5~10 minutes later.

We would like to inform you about the causes and resolutions of the issues identified in the regular update (version 1.57.0) on September 19th.

These issues will be addressed in a future regular update, and we will notify you of the details through the patch notes at that time.

  1. Issue: Infinite Turn Loop in Chapter 5 Mid-Boss Battle under Specific Conditions

Cause: This occurred as a side effect of implementing a new system in this update. It happens when a specific enemy dies due to effects like "Burn" at the end of a turn after using "Assist Defense".

Solution: We have resolved this issue by adjusting the logic in the pattern of that stage.

  1. Issue: Repeated Activation of Lobotomy E.G.O. :: Lantern Don Quixote's Skill 3 Coin Reuse Effect

Cause: This side effect occurred due to insufficient handling of the reuse logic during the implementation of a new system in this update.

Solution: We identified the problematic reuse logic and corrected it.

  1. Issue: Battle Proceeds During EGO Use UI Interaction by Using Hotkeys

Cause: This issue occurs because the system recognizes both mouse and hotkey inputs simultaneously. It was found to have occurred after the introduction of the hotkey system.

Solution: We have modified the logic to prevent hotkey inputs from being processed while interacting with the UI using the mouse.

  1. Issue: Game Becomes Unresponsive When Two or More Characters Defend an Area Attack After Evading

Cause: There was a problem in the logic execution of the existing system, and it appears that this issue has persisted in previous updates. It occurs when two or more characters, capable of reusing their evasion skills after a successful defense, are targeted by an Area attack.

Solution: We have resolved this issue by adjusting the problematic evasion skill reuse logic.

We will track and share the history of new system implementations to ensure that side effects do not occur and will clearly define the scope of our testing.

[Notice : Mirror Dun. Game Crash Upon Skill Replacement]

Hello,

this is Project Moon.

We have identified an issue where, in the Mirror Dungeon, replacing a Skill of an Identity causes the game to crash.

※ As an emergency measure, we have temporarily disabled the Skill Replacement function by forcing it to be “SOLD OUT”.

If you are currently within a Skill Replacement UI, any control may cause the game to crash; please restart the game.

Cause

  • As per the UI structure adjustment, we made a unilateral adjustment in the code to universally apply the changes universally.
  • However, because the Skill Replacement UI in the Mirror Dungeon uses a separate, duplicated version of the UI, the changes did not apply to that specific UI.

Solution

  • We have identified the Mirror Dungeon Skill Replacement duplicate UI and made corrections accordingly.
  • Because this requires a Client Build, however, a full correction will be deployed with our next Scheduled Update.

Future Measures

  • We intend to no longer use any duplicates of UI if they share similar formats so that they won’t slip through universal changes like these.

Also, we are in the process of identifying and analyzing all issues that have occurred after today’s Sep. 19th Scheduled Update.

We will inform you via an additional notice as soon as we identify them.

Hello,

This is Project Moon.

The new Client update(1.56.2) with the urgent bug fixes for the Client version 1.56.1 has been deployed to each respective store.

You can download the Client updates via each platform store and confirm that the update was successful by checking the bottom right corner of the screen. It should say Version 1.56.2.

Please note that continuing with the 1.56.1 version without updating it with the latest Client will cause the following issues.

Version 1.56.1 will become inaccessible after September 13th (FRI), 18:00 (KST).

Deployment ETA

  • September 13th(FRI), 10:30 (KST)

※ Please note that the deployment time may vary depending on your time zone.

If the platform store does not show that the update is available, then please confirm again later.

  • Fixed an issue where panicked characters causes the combat softlock in Chaining phase.
  • Fixed an issue where, some battles in rare occasions, the damage from Bio-venom Vial causes a softlock during the combat softlock in Chaining phase.
