Hello, this is Project Moon.

We would like to inform you about the known issues identified after the Jun. 11th, 2026 Scheduled Update, and the ETA for a Hotfix that addresses some of them.

▶ Fixed certain awkward phrases in Ch. 9.5 "Mnestic Experience" story

▶ Fixed an issue where, in Ch. 9.5 "Mnestic Experience" story, certain Standing illustrations would load incorrectly

▶ Fixed an issue where, in Ch. 9.5 "Mnestic Experience" story, certain parts of a boss unit's flavor text did not match the intent

▶ Fixed an issue where the "Mnestic Experience" Mirror Dungeon theme pack image would not load

▶ Fixed an issue where incorrect BGM would load when playing through the "Mnestic Experience" Mirror Dungeon theme pack

▶ Fixed an issue where the icon for a Keyword used by "Night Awls Capitano Gregor", "Open Wound" would not load

▶ Fixed an issue where, when hovering over "The House of Spiders: The Middle Nursefather Outis" with a mouse cursor, the sword's sprite on the unit would not correspond with the actual unsealing stage

– There may be a 10-minute delay.

※ The Hotfix will be deployed upon restarting the game, and does not require a separate client update. However, please note that additional in-game downloads may occur.

< Issues to be resolved with the next Scheduled Update >
▶ An issue where using the Continue function in the main story Dungeons of the Fathoms would not fully heal the Identities

▶ An issue where certain VFX are missing from the "To Claim Their Bones" Skill used by "Blade Lineage Meursault" after activating the "Shadow-vested Bladesinger" E.G.O

▶ An issue where, in one of the tutorial battle Encounters, the description regarding Passives is incorrectly highlighted

< Issues currently under investigation >

▶ An issue where, on mobile platforms, entering loading screens or battles would cause the game to crash

※ This issue has been identified to have occurred after the May 28th Unity version upgrade, and we have confirmed that the game's stability has been improved after today's Scheduled Update.

However, we have received reports that the issue persists on certain devices, and we are working closely with Unity's technical support team to address it.

We will continue to monitor and investigate to resolve this issue.

Hello, this is Project Moon.

After the update on May 28th, 2026, we have identified an issue in which Error Code 70402 appears when launching the game, preventing access.

This issue was resolved through a server data correction on Jun. 4th, 2026, 13:44 (KST).
Please refer below for more information.

[ Issue Identified ]
– An issue where, following the May 28th Scheduled Update, Error 70402 would pop up upon launching the game, resulting in login failure

[ Cause of the Issue ]
– A data conflict occurred with certain files of the Announcer Preset expansion function included in the May 28th Scheduled Update, causing the error pop-up and login failure

[ Issue Fix ]
– Data migration was performed on Jun. 4th, 2026, 13:44 (KST) for Managers affected by the issue (total affected users: 995)

[ Follow-up Measures ]
– We are currently reviewing possible measures for Managers who, after the Ver. 1.106.1 update on AOS, encountered either a black screen upon launching the game or a loading screen after entering a combat stage, preventing game progression.

We will inform you via a separate notice once all related issues have been fully resolved.
We kindly ask for your patience as our teams analyze and resolve the issue.

Hello, this is Project Moon.

Following the game update on May 28th, 2026, we have identified an issue on some devices where the game freezes during combat, blocking progression, or crashes unexpectedly.

This issue has been confirmed to occur on certain devices, and we have found that disabling the post-processing option may partially mitigate the problem.

At this time, the fix and deployment schedule has not yet been confirmed.
We will inform you again via a separate notice once the fix to the issue becomes available.

Until the issue is resolved, we kindly ask that you change the in-game setting under Settings → Graphics → Post-processing to "Off" before playing.

The AOS market review has been completed for the fix of "AOS Inaccessibility Issue" that occurred after the May 28th, 2026 Scheduled Update.

※ Please note that there may be a delay of approximately 10 minutes before the update button appears.

Hello, this is Project Moon.

We would like to inform you that, regarding the previously announced inaccessibility issue on AOS, we have identified the cause of the error and developed a fix.

We are currently preparing the game build with the completed fix. The update will be deployed once the store review process is complete.

Please refer below for more information.

[ Issue Cause ]
– There was an issue in which the order of certain code logic was not clearly executed during the resource-loading process required to run the Limbus Company application.
– As a result, on certain devices, the application was unable to complete loading and entered indefinite loading.

[ Fix Details ]
– We have isolated the cause of the issue through close cooperation between our internal team and Unity's technical support team.
– We have supplemented the design logic so that resources can now be loaded properly. We have also confirmed that the issue no longer persists on our internal testing devices.

[ Fix Schedule ]
– We will prepare a new application build with the fix as quickly as possible. The submission process is underway for market review.
– Once the market review has been completed, we will distribute the update without delay so that Managers using AOS can play the game normally.

※ We will inform you via a separate notice once the market review is complete and clearance for the game update is obtained.

Hello, this is Project Moon.

We have identified an issue where, after the May 28th, 2026, Scheduled Update, the game became inaccessible on certain AOS devices due to the persistent black screen issue after launching the game.

We are testing the game from all available angles to restore our Managers' access to the game on AOS as soon as possible; however, at the time of writing this announcement, the exact cause of the issue is still under investigation.

Investigations into resolving this issue are underway alongside Unity's technical support team. We greatly appreciate our Managers' patience while we work to fix this issue as quickly as possible.

If this issue is resolved before the Jun. 4th Scheduled Update, we will inform you of further information regarding the issue and the mobile platforms' update progress via an additional notice.

Also, as we understand that there may be Managers who could not obtain the "May 28th Scheduled Update Error Compensation," we have extended the compensation claim period by an extra 2 weeks, from Jun. 4th to Jun. 18th.

Hello, this is Project Moon.

Ver. 1.106.1 that fixes the known issues identified in Ver. 1.106.0, updated May 28th, will be deployed soon.

This update will be deployed to Steam first.

As mobile platforms (AOS, iOS) require the update to go through each respective market review, the update cannot be deployed immediately in the case of mobile environment.

Until the update is applied on the AOS and iOS platforms, we would like to ask our mobile users to access the game on Steam if possible.

We will inform you via a separate notice as soon as updates become available on each AOS and iOS platform.

Hello, this is Project Moon.

We have identified an issue where, following the May 28th, 2026 Scheduled Update, persistent stuttering issues are observed in-game.

[ Suspected Cause ]
With the Ver. 1.106.0 Update, the game development engine has changed, and some of the preexisting system that converts Limbus Company characters' Skills, Coins, and Buff effects may have become incompatible with the updated game engine, causing the stuttering issue.

Primary sources of stuttering reports have been identified in the following areas:

  • Moving between nodes in the Mirror Dungeon
  • Making choices and running Skill checks in Mirror Dungeon Choice Events
  • Making purchases in Mirror Dungeon shops
  • Selecting Combat Encounters and viewing the pre-battle enemy info UI (Refraction Railway, Story Combat Encounters, Mirror Dungeon Combat Encounters, etc.)

[ Issue Fix ]
We have identified, in areas affected by stuttering, the specific logic that requires optimization. We have made the necessary corrections and are currently running tests to ensure its stability.

[Fix Schedule]
We are working to deploy a version that resolves the stuttering issue as part of the Jun. 4th Scheduled Update.
If the work is completed sooner, we will deploy the fix on the Steam platform first, as it does not require a separate review process.
