"Unloaded."
I would put money on that b gun in question was a revolver. They popped the cylinder to the side and pulled out all of the bullets without actually rotating the cylinder meaning that one was still in when they pop the cylinder back in that one was probably under the hammer so that when he pulled the hammer back it moved it out of the way and so they went through five dry fires and then the bullet was back underneath the hammer.
It would have to be, there's no way a semi auto would be capable of behaving as described.
Although they'd probably manage it with a matchlock.
That's a tragedy he'll regret for the rest of his life. Does he really need prison?
Cops may be stupid but I don't think they are stupid enough to believe this story.
Ah yes, really been missing r/nothingeverhappens
You think he made up this whole wild scenario to confess to a crime?
Not saying I'm an expert or anything but in a lot of interrogations detectives will try and get a suspect to admit to a lesser version of events like at least admitting they were present when the person died etc and then work on getting more out of them as more details and forensics are uncovered.
On tv?
IRL
Manslaughter is a lesser charge than murder.
This guy's did not avoid 5 bullets and got hit on the 6th one. This guy was shot on the first bullet and the 5 bullets were fired into the wall after.
the final time the gun fired striking [the victim] in the chest
Triply appropriate for c/andfinally!
This has to be a revolver right?
